Removal Request

Submit a formal request for the removal or amendment of a report published on Scamboard.

Please read this before submitting your request.

Scamboard publishes user-submitted reports in the public interest. We assess all removal requests in accordance with our obligations under UK GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure), Article 16 (Right to Rectification), the Defamation Act 2013, and the UK Online Safety Act 2023.

Submission of a request does not guarantee removal or amendment of the reported content. Each request is assessed on its individual merits, and our decision will be communicated to you within the applicable processing timeframe.

You are required to provide documentary proof of identity and supporting evidence with every submission. Requests submitted without adequate documentation will not be progressed.

Submitting false, misleading, or vexatious information in support of a removal request may constitute a criminal offence under the Fraud Act 2006 and the Malicious Communications Act 1988, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Fee: £55 (or currency equivalent)
